I had a bit more pain today when I woke up. I was stiff and couldn’t get comfortable. I started doing my exercises first thing in the morning and noticed I could bend my leg to about 70 degrees. It was hard to flex my quads but I was able to do it by twitching the muscles on and off and then once I got it going I could hold it.
I spent the entire day on the couch to make sure I rested up properly as I didn’t want to over-do it. I learned one important thing on Day 2, daytime TV SUCKS!
