Hi guys, I am a 30 year old male living in Melbourne, Australia who fully tore my ACL in May 2009. I decided to go with the LARS artificial ligament instead of the standard hamstring tendon graft for my ACL replacement.
You can read about the LARS ligament elsewhere the net. This blog is about my recovery from surgery as when I was choosing this option I could not find any other recovery blogs for people to got the LARS.

Three Weeks 31 Aug 2009
At three weeks my knee was feeling pretty good but still a little swollen.I stopped wearing the Tubigrip despite the swelling.
