Day 18 - 28 August 2009

Today I was able to bend my knee to about 160 degrees. At this stage I don't feel like my leg sweels up any extra from standing, even if I don't have the tubigrip on, but I am still wearing it whenever I leave the house.

I noticed today that when I do the quad exercise that pushes the back of my knee to the floor, I am starting to feel like I am close to being able to lift my heel off the ground. I am not there yet but I am getting closer...
